Chip Monck Video Presentation
for the
Parnelli Lifetime Achievment Award

(requires Quicktime 6)

Chip Monck is the father of modern rock and roll lighting. He is infamous for being the guy who gave the warning about the "brown acid" at Woodstock, but, should be better known for designing lighting for Nina Simone, Bob Dylan, Newport Jazz Festival, Janis Joplin, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Bette Midler, and even Pope John Paul II at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
